While AI can be cool and all, please note that we do not condone using companies that teach their image-generating bots by scraping for images from unconsenting, real-life artists.
We do our best to ensure any submitted requests are not reminiscent of others’ completed works (unless a license has been purchased); however, it is ultimately the responsibility of the client to ensure they are not submitting plagiarised images.

What You Need To Know About Custom Orders
○ PERMISSIONS – You should own or be granted the rights to any image you submit for use. We cannot accept any image that you do not either own or have explicit permission from the creator or subject to use. Similarly, we cannot include any trademarked names, brands, slogans, etc. There are some exceptions under Canada’s concept of “fair dealings” in the Copyright Act for the purposes of satire etc. These will be assessed on an individual basis.
○ TEXT FONTS – There are thousands of font styles available on various software programs. If you want to include words, please find a font that suits your vision and enter it into the form below. If we can’t access the exact option, we will strive to find as close to it as possible. Sites such as Fonts.Google.com allow you to sample thousands of font styles. You can also note preferred location and orientation of text in the Further Comments / Requests section of the form below to speed up our mock-up process.
○ IMAGE QUALITY – After you submit the form below, we will, via email, request a copy of your chosen image that is at least 300 DPI or greater resolution. Lower resolution would result in a poor quality image when printed to film for the shirt. If you are uncertain of the quality of your photo, please note this in the form under Further Comments / Requests and we will inspect it before proceeding with drafting the design.
○ ITEM SIZES / COLOURS – Once you have approved the mock-up design, you can let us know the number, size(s), and colour(s) of items for your order. You will then receive a quote or invoice that includes the costs of designing, producing, and shipping your order.
○ DIFFERENT ITEMS – If you are looking for different brands, styles of attire, or colours, please mention whatever specifics you can in the Further Comments / Requests section of the form below and we will investigate availability, feasibility, and pricing.
○ TIMING – We are a newly established business and are navigating the logistics of production lines, inventory, shipping and potential tariff impacts. If you require your order to be completed by a certain date, please mention this in Further Comments / Requests so that we can prioritize orders and confirm pricing and feasibility.
○ EXCHANGES – Due to customized nature of these items, returns will be accepted by exchange only. For further information, please review our full Exchange Policy.
○ INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT – Please note that we will not serve as a means to promote hate speech or violence. We will reject any ableist, homophobic, racist, sexist, transphobic, or otherwise discriminatory or harassing design requests.
