General Policy

We must receive all return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving your original purchase.

Due to the customized nature of our products, items can be returned for exchanges only. We cannot provide refunds.

If the product design is unavailable within 30 days of your request, you will receive a store credit equal to the purchase price.

All returning items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the CheekyDeesigns tag still attached to the label.

We will not process an exchange on any item received that has been worn, washed, or damaged.

If it has been worn, please understand that we cannot resell it, so kindly gift or donate it.

Damaged or Missing in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, or doesn’t arrive at all, please notify us at info.cheekydeesigns@gmail.com

We will need to process such claims through Canada Post and may be required to submit photographs or other evidence.

Packages that are lost by Canada Post will be replaced after 30 days of non-movement. Refunds are not issued on lost packages, but we will replace your items upon reimbursement from Canada Post.

Stolen or Misdirected Orders

We cannot accept responsibility for packages that appear, through tracking, to have been delivered but are presumably stolen from mailboxes or doorsteps.
We also cannot replace items that are shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

Please make sure the address you provide us with is correct.

Return Shipping Costs

Human and technological errors can occur. If you are making a return/exchange request due to a misprint; defect; or if you received a design, size, or colour other than what you ordered; we will take responsibility for the cost of return shipping.
Our standard delivery envelopes can be reused as a return package.

If making a return/exchange for other reasons, you will be responsible for the costs of packaging and safely shipping the returning items.

This includes if the size you ordered does not fit. Our product pages include sizing guidelines for youth, standard, and plus sizes.

In order to reduce our carbon footprint and reduce returns, we urge each customer to review these measurements prior to ordering.
